For an online only brand selling clothing where the fit is particularly important, I would expect a better returns policy. 14 days is a very short amount of time, especially when the buyer pays the cost of returns (i.e. where's the downside to you?). I suggest implementing a more lenient policy to allow buyers to check sizing. The customers are at a disadvantage here and, I imagine, many have experienced an expensive mistake in buying from you.
