Quick delivery great product

Fast correspondence regarding product but did not match shipping expectation. Didn’t get to the courier company in the time as described so they were a week later than estimated.

They appear concerned about obtaining positive reviews, but make no attempt to provide a positive purchase experience for people who contact them with issues.

Postage was in a reasonable timeframe. I don’t like that I have to pay for any returns, and also you don’t know if the swimsuits will slip until you’re in the water as they don’t move when dry.

Love supporting this new brand - feels environmentally friendly and the service was so efficient. Thanks

Shipping was fast, but overall, for the quality, the price should be a little lower. In my opinion, the fabric could be thicker to better match the selling price. I don’t know the origin of the material, but based on the product itself, this is my impression.

The size was too small, and they never responded when I tried to exchange or return the item. Not recommended service, very bad experience.

Swimsuit is too large. I live in the US. Based on the instructions I received it would cost $200 to exchange/return. Double the cost of the swimsuit.

I actually won my suit in a giveaway, but I’ve found myself browsing their website and shopping around more then I care to admit, and this experience just confirmed how great this brand is. The packaging was so cute, everything arrived beautifully put together, and the Instant Swim Team was incredibly easy to contact and connect with. Even though this one was a giveaway win, I fully intend to be buying more from them now—the whole experience was that good.
