They are getting back to you if you have a problem but no solution on how poor and wrongly this projector is sold for Misinformation on description of the product, better buy a small TV for the price of this one

Not worth my time typing anything worth wile. Don’t buy it

The process was good, the "free" game is definitely the best part.

Terrible arrived and broke straight away and now having to jump through hoops making videos resetting the device when it is cleary just broke.

Product quality not as described.

Ive seen brighter blackboards. It has I think two apps, Netflilx and another, just not fit for what i wanted or expeted.

Long delivery time product useless

Big marketing budget not high-quality product budget. Save your money get some other projector for a little bit more that actually has a good picture.

Unreliable seller with unacceptable return conditions. All promotional photos and videos used at the beginning of the football World Cup campaign appear to have been AI-generated and do not seem to show real people or actual environments.

Made it hard to return object by wanting 25% to restock it and you have to pay postage back to their warehouse.

the projector underperform than you declare in presentation, pour audio experience, low luminosity, focus that not allow to project at declared dimensions
