The projector does not work and I cannot provide a review worth submitting - other than it doesn't work.

Ordered item on 6/10 and item still not arrived as of 7/7.

It just keeps going to a Chinese screen saying it’s doing a memory log. I can’t even get my WiFi password typed in before it flicks back to this page. Nothing in instructions. Can someone please contact me

I would avoid this product and this company. The unit I received was defective from the start. It freezes every couple of minutes, and the image quality is far worse than advertised. I contacted customer support immediately and spent a significant amount of time troubleshooting. I followed every step they requested and even sent multiple photos and videos documenting the issues. Rubbish! Couldn’t see anything in the day and kept jumping and wouldn’t connect to Netflix for kept restarting and saying error

Such poor quality. Aweful projector. Screen 50” not 100”. After many email exchanges I’m still struggling to return as the address given in china, isn’t recognised by international couriers. After looking up on trust pilot, dubious I’ll even get any money back. I have to pay £30 for shipping too. Would not recommend this experience to anyone
