Lesson learnt check exactly where the return policy requires you to post too regardless if it gurantees a 30 day refund principle. Information for return very hidden. Appears your ordering from within your country and yet your not.

Misleading advertising and a very disappointing product. The projector is nowhere near the quality advertised. The speaker is weak, with a maximum volume of only 15, while the cooling fan is so loud it drowns out the audio. The included “100-inch screen” is closer to 30 inches. The remote is unreliable, and the interface is confusing and difficult to navigate. Customer service repeatedly offered partial refunds instead of honoring their full refund guarantee. Save yourself the trouble.
