It doesn’t focus well, 100” screen that you advertise is more like a 48 inch screen. We received it a little over a week ago, and we only tried to use it the first night and realized how awful it is. Being made in China, I’m not surprised.

Customer after care non existent. Faulty items sent, no reply to emails. I will be contacting my credit card company to try and get a refund.

Remote does not work. Tried several batteries and no functionality. Cannot set up projector without remote.

Liebes Cinemaster-Team, leider bin ich mit den bestellten Teilen nicht zufrieden. Bei Tageslicht ist der Projektor unbrauchbar. Die 100 Zoll Leinwand hat eine Abmessung von 150cm x 70cm (das ist in keinem Land der Welt 100 Zoll). Der Gaming stick funktioniert auch nicht wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Gruß Marcel

Needs a stand

Just terrible. Slow communication with remote. Multiple clicks to do anything. Awful, just awful.

Can not be used in somewhat lit areas. Room must be very dark to see colors. Cannot access my cable providers streaming service making it use;ess for daily use.

It was suopose to arrive in 3-5 business days, it did not come until 20 days later, please refund me portion of the price

This is shipped from China and if you want to return it you have to pay for shipping to China.

Shopping experience was disingenuous. The claim that the projector works at 100 inches is not accurate. I can’t even get a clear picture at 50 inch size. Perhaps I have a defective product.
