Your email sequence for returning products is quiet insistent on only giving some money back, and requires 3 to 4 replies before you accept returning it. It's good you are willing to negotiate, but as I was clear from email 1 I wanted to only return it, it did seem a little infuriating to email 2 - 3 more times to get it returned.

Disappointed with the screen.

Took too long to arrive and tracking wasn’t good.

Over priced and poor quality

I tried to cancel the order immediately after placing it but was told I couldn't and I would have to take delivery then send it back. When I tried to do this I was informed it would have to be sent to China by tracked mail which would have been very expensive so I reluctantly decided to keep it, however, I wish now I'd returned it

I don’t like the actual unit. It’s slow, the apps push you out, it takes ages to load. Fire stick is better and faster

The picture quality is not good and the screen is not what you advertise. The package is not worth €168.

Product is not good enough

Leider keine gute Erfahrung. Durch den defekt habe ich Mails geschrieben und um Rücksendung gebeten. Als Antwort kamen immer nur neue Lösungsvorschläge

Crappy broken product

Delivery was a little late but send an mail and had a quick respons so 👍.

shopping experience was great - but the product itself is not top - makes a lot of noise (and I mean a lot!) ventilating !!

Only offered to refund $40!

Long time for sending

Noisy. Doesn't work at dusk - has to be fully dark or indoors. Can't load iPlayer through Apps ("not allowed on this device")

It is what it is, overall nice device

The picture is hazy. In the QA, a question was posed about the daytime illumination. The answer was watchable and clear but nothing like nighttime Viewing. It cannot even be seen in the day. Also the mouse option doesn’t work well and adjustments in setting lag because of poor function

Easy to set up but the games stick is a waste of time
