I’ve reached out to support multiple times about missing pieces but they’ve never sent what was missing.

Don’t feel the advertisement is accurate

One of the breast pumps stop working and I txt them to see if they had some type of warranty, their excuse is it's over a month so there is nothing they can do when I place the order on Jan 12 2025 got the pumps delivered jan 22, 2025 so it has not been a month, so in my case I don't recommend them if they don't even last a month! Won't let me return even though I've only had for less than two weeks and used a couple of times. Very disappointed in the service. I'm stuck with very expensive pumps that do not work whatsoever

The shop was easy and fluid.

When we contacted customer service for a return we were told we were ineligible because the product had been opened, despite the fact that we had to try it to determine it wasn’t effective. Given this, I would recommend looking into other brands of portable pumps, as Olivia’s return policy seems overly restrictive and unhelpful.

I am super bummed that I just paid for this! I wish I would've did a little more research or seen the red flags! It seems like a bunch of different pieces just thrown together, my 19mm and 21mm flanges look very warped or how they look when they've been used and sanitized a couple times. My silicone shields don't even match, I get less then a half oz out of one of my breasts and then put my wall pump on and pull an 1.5 ozs. I've reassembled hoping that was the issue, no different my next pumping session! The number to contact them is a busy line! The more I look into this company the LESS I can find! I spent 199$ and i am worse off then before because I'm out the money! I wouldn't recommend this pump

Bulky, loud, horrible suction. I had to go back to my hands free plug in unit because these actually caused me to have a huge drop in my supply really fast. Again, customer service is MIA. Worst money ever spent.

I believe the description of the product is deceiving. It is definitely not efficient and not strong. It should not be someone's only pump. I do not like your return policy and did not know companies even did this.

It was easy to order the pump but my question to customer service was never answered via the email link.

This shit wasnt even on discount it 199 is its original price since I’ve been looking at it the price never went back to the basic price. I’m advicing any and everyone against this pump.

Makes you think it’s the best one on the market and it’s just such a cheap and weak motor, it does almost nothing. DO NOT BUY THIS ONE
