BUYER BEWARE...HONEST REVIEW
I was extremely excited to use this Wearable pump but very disappointed with their packaging system and customer service.
Upon opening the sealed Wearable pump kit, I noticed (1) size 19mm flange size was missing from the set. I messaged customer service and they sent me out (1) accessory complect kit. The kit is suppose to come with: Milk collector, Diaphragm, Duckbill value, triple value, Bra adjust, USB CABLE, 19 & 21 flange sizes.
Now guess what was missing from the new sealed replacement kit??
The Bra adjust, USB CABLE, 19 & 21 flange sizes.
I let customer service know again what was missing - no response.
Another email sent to let them know i was awaiting a response. They replied saying they would get back to me, which they have not.. Their customer service was good until they had another back to back error with my order. It appears as if they are just ignoring me now...
I really only needed (1) size 19mm flange this whole time...
All this to say, Customers are taking an expensive risk when purchasing this product. I wish I would've spent the money on another Wearable system. I know some come with apps for the system to help you track your production and a 1 year warranty on the product!

I wasn't expecting it to decide that I needed to pump more often to increase supply. I appreciate the shorter pump time cut off of 20 min shut off but I was hoping this would be as powerful as my MomCozy pump and it is not as effective at draining as even my inexpensive wearable pump.
