Standard exway quality

The board will not stay powered on and the replacement battery did not fot!

I preordered the board but got very late. I'm sure my preorder was last in que even though preorders should go out first. I got many promises to get it delivered but the answers reminded me of an AI chatbot so unsure if there is a real customer service or only an automated AI.

Everything was great until i hit this snafu about my Wave V2 getting lost in transit and getting stuck between Exway and Seel disagreeing about how and whether i should be compensated for it.

Je trouve que la batterie de mon Flex pro a rendu l'âme un peu trop rapidement et quand j'ai appelé exway pour en discuter avec eux, Ils m'ont dit que c'était lié à une mauvaise utilisation du produit. Bien sûr, je ne suis pas du tout. D'accord. J'ai dû acheter une batterie neuve, ça m'a coûté 350 € ce qui est plutôt cher. Donc au niveau commercial je suis un peu déçu de mon expérience. Par contre chevaucher mon Flex pro me plaît toujours autant

Customer support is excellent no problems on that side fast responses if they make mistakes they know how to fix them pretty helpful

Got what I asked for and it was well packed , also love thoose stickers I got!

Parts not fully delivered, only after many emails i got half my shipment the rest was out of stock but no communication about that from exway it self only after inquiring from my side

I’ve been lied to consistently. Supposedly my board has been stuck in customs for over a month

Premier longboards.

The language barrier with company proof challenging when I needed to convince them to send me a new remote. As the one that came with the board did not work. It was received within 10 days although it was shipped from China

Exway has been the only company I've bought an electric skateboard from, but I like their style of boards so much I don't think I'm interested in trying any other brand. The updated light that wraps around the decks are very nice for night riding and it honestly gives the boards an amazing style.

charger broke first day, ordered a replacement from the web page that lists our model as a fit- it does not fit. There is no phone number for customer service, email is a joke. You will not look at my two orders (that I put in the email) and tell me what I need. The board was a gift - I CAN NOT MAKE PICS as it is in another state. WORST service ever!

Good response when contacting Exway!

This board is an all around incredible purchase. I use this on pavement, dirt roads, and trails. I upgraded to 200 mm tires and I've already put close to 200 miles on it in the first 2 1/2 weeks. The four-wheel drive is incredibly effective and I haven't found a hill that it can't make up yet. It does eat up the battery pretty quick when it's in four-wheel-drive, especially in turbo, but once you figure out how and when to use those the world is your oyster lol. Absolutely no buyers remorse!

I like the skateboard, but the customer service has large delays and seems to fall through the cracks unless I really keep trying a lot.

fast delivery, good packaging and excellent support. First time using this company and I'm really impressed.

Received the items I purchased and not too long of a wait. A+++
