- the whole process took two months.
one of the components was out of stock and this broke their order pipeline - I was contacted aprox. 20 days later to accept a change in the order, which I did;
- I was not able to confirm the order status using the support channel.
- Whatsapp customer support number belonged to a person that wasn't employed at Exway anymore - talked to the guy and he offered outside help.
- their customer support email was inactive for about a mouth into the order process;
