Unfortunately the items are packaged in a sealed and frosted bags. You cannot view the product without breaking the seal and if you break the seal you then cannot return the product. Disappointed with this.

The Fit Guarantee only applies in the first 7 days after you receive them which is unhelpful if you are away when they arrive (an age after ordering them). So you are stuck with pants that don't fit because you can't just return them because in order to try them on, or even see them, you have to breaking the Hygiene Seal on the opaque bag they're in (unlike all other underware you buy from other shops and have no problem returning). Horrendous business model.
