All the adverts I saw made me think this was a UK company shipping locally, so I was surprised when the items took so long to arrive and where they were being sent from. Some of the items are comfortable, some are not - but due to the materials even the comfortable ones lead to unnecessary sweating and feeling less fresh than other brands I tried.

Don't harass people for reviews, that they obviously did not want to give, when you know I tried to initially return them sealed, when I realised they all come in the same sealed inner bag, so you can't try one and send the rest back. Unsealing is pointless, tight waists and soggy bottoms, I have a perky bottom, so should not be the case. Costs a fortune to return so you don't. No-one I know can wear these shapes so can't even give them away. Don't sell to the UK.

The delivery took several weeks. Then as the size wasn't right and it was the first time I did a purchase, they offered a free replacement. That was really appreciated. But it took weeks to arrange it since they were delaying several days between messages and it happened 3 times that the ones I requested were sold out and had to start the process again. Then, the forth attempt was the good one but they ordered the wrong number of them and they never contacted me back to solve it

The order took ages to arrive as it was dispatched from China. The quality isn’t that much better than other brands and god knows for what reason one of the briefs I bought doesnt have a black patch so you can see the blood stain and it just doesn’t wash off. Never buying again.

The pants are not as described and very bulky. They were packaged in such a way that it was not possible to see the product before opening them and this then meant that despite never having been tried on I could not return them. Complete waste of money, poor customer service and I ended up sending them to a charity shop
