Claims free postage by royal mail but buries in the small print that it is being shipped from an "international hub" (China) and takes weeks. Also falsely gives the impression of being a British company with british-made products. Sizing doesn't conform to their own sizing chart (somewhat important when ordering online) and varies wildly between products. Runs roughshod over consumer rights act. Product is expensive and no better than other more reputable brands.

Would not recommend this company. They are crooks who do not honour their own policies. I bought 7 pairs in my first order and tried to exchange them for a different size based on their 'Fit Guarantee'. Instead of helping, they trapped me in an endless AI chatbot loop over several months. Total false advertising!
