When I queried about how to fit insert they told me that by putting it in the gusset layers it would be secure. This is not the case. Also the hassle you have to go through to exchange made me not bother and I won’t be purchasing from Luna again because of this.

Shipping took very long and when I sent an email asking about the status of my order I never received an answer! Despite ‘Luna’ writing in all those marketing emails that she reads every email or message sent to them. Ehm, clearly she didn’t see that one! I was beyond excited to try Luna as I read lots of positive reviews but once again I am disappointed and had to go back using other products because it’s just not reliable!

Overly gender specific marketing feels outdated. Nobody is buying these products because they need to feel a sense of companionship with the company, they’re doing it for environmental, financial, and comfort reasons. I don’t need an E-mail every time you come out with a different colour of underwear. Feels a bit excessive.
