Paid for my order and never received it then when trying to contact them about it you either never got a response or didn't get a honest one

Still haven’t received my order from months ago. Very dodgy and won’t be shopping here ever again. Hope you enjoyed scamming me out of my money.

I didn't get the item. They send me the tracking number but it doesn't work. And I contacted the ship via email but they didn't reply at all.

Communication was a little poor . After emailing to follow up on my order the dispatch was fast. Hopefully just a one off average service experience. I would purchase through the company again.

Shocking

Scammers. Never ever buy from them. Ordered express in early march. Currently June and all my emails ignored and nothing has arrived. In may the post notified me they created the label. But also told me they never received the package. Learn from my mistakes and dont trust this cunt. Reported them too to consumer affairs

6 week dispatch time, asked to cancel twice no response still shipped eventually anyway.

Item never arrived. Waited 6wks +, emailed the company multiple times and never got a reply. Very poor experience.

I ordered a chocolate bar and waited two weeks without receiving any shipping information or updates about my order, so I sent a couple of emails to inquire. I received no reply. About a month later, I received shipping information and a tracking number. It has been a week, and I have not yet received it; there is no progress on the tracking information.

Order takes over 40 days to arrive. Company will not respond to any enquiries you have on your order and why it’s taking so long. No communication whatsoever. Will never order here again. Learn some customer service skills.
