Straight forward and the customer service rep was very helpful

No problems at all. The colour I wanted was out of stock but was emailed to offer another and it came in a week.

Good communication generally. Responsive customer services. Communication from carrier not good - no details of what time the bike was being delivered. Not sure what would have happened if I hadn’t been at home.

Had to try and order over several days as the size was not available at first. Well worth the effort.

I ordered the jungle green bike and paid for it. Then I was told they had none in stock so Tenways cancelled my order and I bought one from a reseller. 3 weeks later am still awaiting my cash refund !! B

It was great, BUT then I got robbed 6 days later... I locked it and everything outside my front yard. It was gone in the middle of the night. UK customer here. I do not even live in london.... all that money gone, the police nor tenways can or will do anything about it. Cannot blame them I guess... Really upset about it. did not have time to finish insurance register nor for my airtag to arrive... so pissed off man, fuck bike thieves. Be SUPER careful about showing this bike in public.

Free postage and efficient considering was shipped from the Netherlands to the UK.

Easy to order, fast delivery - quicker than I’d imagined.

A good product and a good deal overall, but TENWAYS communication could be improved (e.g. acknowledging order straight away, not days later)

Support is useless, takes ages to get a response. And then they tell you things to fix the bike if it's damaged. Which aint mine or anyones job.

The Tenways CGO600 Pro is a classic "style over substance" trap. At 180 cm, the L size is way too long, leaving me stretched out and aching. The riding position is aggressively forward—even with the bars adjusted, my wrists and back are screaming. The seat is a rock, and the stiff frame hits every bump. People stare because it looks sleek, but I’m just burning in discomfort. It’s a beautiful bike that’s miserable to actually ride.
