The bike was delivered quickly. It had and still has the front wheel that is not trued and need some attention. Because of this i remove one star, as at the end the bike is expensive and you would expect it to be perfect! But yes its a lovely bike. It flies! Really a pity about the front wheel, which means the front break rubs. Will have to bring it to a bike shop.

The purchase was fine but the delivery was not well polished. the box arrived opened and thee bike ws partially assembled though there was no sense of personal service. The delivery driver took a photo of the open box and the cover from the front light was broken off. I found it loose in the bottom of the box and have glued it back on. not over the moon about this as it is a £2.2k investment.

As I have just said in the other review it was not good. I ordered the bike on Thursday 10th April on Monday 14th April I had an email saying it had been dispatched. The tracking numeber did not work with FedEx. It finally arrived on Thursday 17th April while we were out. The FedEx driver left it on the decking at the back of our property. It was upside down and open. The screen of the bike was cracked. I got in touch with the support at Tenways and Chris has be great. He sent out a new screen
