I would like to clarify regarding my order. I know the initial shipment was the wrong address I made that mistake. But I also called the following day to correct my mistake as soon as you opened. They said they would take care of it and the unit did not ship until the next day so why did it not get changed. Also, if the unit was lost that is on the post office because they said they were sending it back to the original shipper. I’m not sure how you can say. It was promptly re-shipped after you received correct address because you receive the correct-address two different times by phone calls that I had made and also in emails when it finally got it taken care of. I understand that the address is wrong and I said I made that mistake, but I also called the following day on Monday as soon as you opened and then called the day it was supposed be delivered when I found out it was still going to the wrong address and they said they would take care of it so that is twice and then I emailed several times trying to take care of it. When you did finally get it shipped so yes, I did make the mistake but customer service also dropped the ball big time. Need to work on your customer service representatives
