Terrible experience. The IR heater I bought cost several hundred dollars. The remote control would only work if you stould right next to the unit. There is a momentary button on the side that's not mentioned in the poorly translated instructions. It took several Emails before customer service responded. They were of absolutely no help. Buy from Thermomate at your own risk!
