It took absolutely FOREVER for them to ship my unit. I called repetitively to ask if they could provide an update, to which the response was they had no updates from their "logistics partner". Only after I sent an email, saying I was going to flag the charge with my credit company, did they provide a tracking number and actually ship it. If you need a quick fix, don't go here.
