While I was on holiday i asked them not to ship my order as there was no one to take the order and they held the order for me till I came back from my holiday and I requested them to send it. I received my order within a week. The only problem was I had to pay the custom charges to FEDEX. I never ever paid the charges before. How do i claim back the custom charges please advise. Thank you
