My Curalin was flown from the USA to Germany then to London then trapped in Basingstoke pending payment of UK Customs duties which I was not informed about for over a week. It was a very stressful period, not knowing what was going on, even though Curalin refunded me very quickly. I suspect if the package value is less, duty may not be payable and this problem may be avoidable.
