I’ve never experienced customer service this incompetent. After your initial reply, I emailed six more times with zero response, forcing me to file a dispute with my bank. My order took five weeks to arrive, and no one could provide tracking or any update.
The product is also cheap and disappointing. I’ll be leaving honest public reviews so people know what to expect. Had anyone bothered to follow up, this message would’ve been different — but you clearly didn’t care, so I don’t either.
