SCAM ALERT! I am extremely disappointed and want to warn other customers. I bought two products from this company in October — only two, as a one-time purchase. I did NOT sign up for any subscription. Today, November 12, I was charged $26.96 through PayPal for a product I did not order: Collagen Night Wrapping Mask – 1 Pack. This company is now claiming I “subscribed,” which is completely false. I never authorized any recurring payments. This is an unfair and dishonest business practice, and many Facebook sellers have been using this trick to charge people without consent. I contacted the company and they refused to acknowledge the issue. So here is my public warning: ❌ This is a fraudulent business practice. ❌ They hide subscription information and charge customers without permission. ❌ They take money from people hoping no one will notice. I have asked for immediate cancellation of this unauthorized charge and cancellation of any account or subscription they claim I have. I will be filing disputes with PayPal and my bank, and I will make sure others know about these tactics. This kind of behavior destroys trust and shows exactly what kind of company this is.
