I was on a trip and didn't get my PlantWave till I got home... I was super excited to use it! However it worked one time and one time only and has not worked since! I dont knkw if its me or the device but I know I wish it worked the way I seen it on social media! I will have to call custer Service and I hope that can help change my rating

This is my 2nd Plantwave, because I want to use it also professionally, so one in my house and the second one for experiences with clients. The delivery was quick and safe.

Could not get it to work. The app functionality is garbage. I really wanted this to work but it seems that it's just a data mining scam.

I bought the plant with back in January. It was on back order and said it would arrive in March. The unit was shipped to the wrong address. She plantwide sent another one out and I receive it around 20 April. I had purchased it for my Mother’s Day gift. We downloaded the app and follow all the instructions and have not had any success. It doesn’t work and the power charge only last about five minutes. The app said I needed to upgrade the software, so I upgraded the software to the next level

Nice music samples. Well developed. To low quality equipment for about 230,-. Good feedback about possible use. Unique device. Not high tech & matterials. Every electro or electromagnetic puls, could be translated into music. I really thought compared to the outcome, that for that price, more would & is be possible. Understandable cause of patent. Good feedback to or lower price so more people can buy it, in mass. All Understandable. From my perspective, not advisable to people with low income.

The compatible devices list should be a part of the checkout process so people know whether their phone will work with the app BEFORE spending close to 300 dollars
