I have had a few questions and one issue with the clips and each and every time I was answered in a timely manner and had replacement clips sent out immediately Highly recommend

Hard to set up at first

Site needs improvements. Customer service is done through email. 2 days for response. I'll pass.

I had been wanting this device for a long time, and decided to get it after hurricane milton destroyed many trees on my property. I thought it would be nice to connect with the plants that survived and are recovering in this way. I was hesitant to purchase based on negative reviews by android users, but hoped there was some improvement and went ahead. It still needs more warning for android users before making such an expensive purchase. I read the system requirements, but they don't seem accurate. I'm having the same issue as everyone else. The app pairs with my phone about 10% of the time.

Ordered it because it said it was on backorder and wanted it for a Christmas gift and then it immediately went on sale. The cord for the pads doesnt fit and it wont work with a samsung note phone
