Too long to deliver

Rubbish customer service, except when you want a review.

As a company they need to honestly follow-up with customers regarding ACTUAL availability & shipping dates of their products. As an HONEST business, knowing their product was experiencing delays (parts etc) they should NOT PROCESS ANY PAYMENTS until the item is ready to ship.

Non existent customer service up until after the item had been received at which point it was constant badgering to give a review, so here you go.

They were obviously swamped with orders, and did a good job of communication with those who were waiting for deliveries.

I have an issue with my order and have sent several follow up emails. Only responses are auto replies. Very disappointed in customer service.

It just took a little too long from order and payment to delivery ... but these things happen.

Item didn’t arrive in time for Christmas like originally anticipated but the product was great once received.

Shipping took a long time but it was holiday season so it's understandable. The product itself is decent quality.

Like it looks like a cool kit but you were way later in shipping then you said and you never answered any of us asking if you were real or a scam until very late. Your ads were too professional looking, it seemed like you had a lot of hype and inventory. Next time don't advertise so much if you can't back it up.

Mostarle definitely needs to improve their quality control and timeliness in getting their products delivered.

Had no issues and product arrived within specified time frame.

So poor...empty starempty starempty starempty star One month and a half to get the product delivered (was a christmas present...).Tracking so poor and inaccurate that it is impossible to understand the status of the shipment (never seen such a poor level of info). Status changing back and forth. Emails sent to customer service asking for update : nobody in front, just automated answer stating they have issues. No ways to get someone online to know what is happening. Never again !!!!!!

If you Communicate with your customer and give realistic dispatch time along with delivery time it would be 5 star

No answer to my emails to resolve the issue reported.

It took quite a while to get a response to my question about USB charger requirements, but they did eventually respond and the response directly answered my question, so kudos for that.
