Had no issues and product arrived within specified time frame.

So poor...empty starempty starempty starempty star One month and a half to get the product delivered (was a christmas present...).Tracking so poor and inaccurate that it is impossible to understand the status of the shipment (never seen such a poor level of info). Status changing back and forth. Emails sent to customer service asking for update : nobody in front, just automated answer stating they have issues. No ways to get someone online to know what is happening. Never again !!!!!!

If you Communicate with your customer and give realistic dispatch time along with delivery time it would be 5 star

No answer to my emails to resolve the issue reported.

It took quite a while to get a response to my question about USB charger requirements, but they did eventually respond and the response directly answered my question, so kudos for that.

They're scammers! I haven't received my order, and it's impossible to contact the supplier. Don't buy from here.

Took really long and missing parts

I ordered for items in total. Generally they are great. Except one of them is missing a piece.

No aftercare. Would like my money back for defective product

Package arrived weeks late even though I paid for expedited shipping. Emailed about this and never got a response. Item arrived late and was missing crucial parts needed to build it, emailed asking for an exchange, and also never got a response. This was meant to be a Christmas present for my son who has not had the chance to build his item and has been waiting patiently for a replacement. Disappointed in the level of customer service provided.

I want someone to reply to my emails from 24th and 27th of December with a fair resolution. I requested the missing pieces, replacement parts for the nebula head which short fused 10 seconds after opening it to check it and the terminator head lamp which doesn’t breathe as it should.

Es hätten mehr Emails zur Versandinfo kommen können, ich habe lange auf eine Info gewartet wo das Parket ist, es sollte eigentlich ein Weihnachtsgeschenk sein, leider kam es aber erst Anfang diesen Jahres an. Schade

I will need to lodge a return or ask the bank to reverse the transaction as the item can not serve it's purpose without the missing piece. Please respond to my email.

Ordering the product was easy enough and when I emailed they responded fairly quickly however your courier company is unbelievably slow

You have 0 customer service and I am not even sure you are a legitimate company. You took my money and gave me no product or answers in return.

Speed up delivery time to avoid customers being disappointed

1. paid for expedited shipping and it arrived weeks late with requests for refund ignored. 2. wrong parts shipped with package and 2 months since ordering it, I still haven't received the correct parts

You never issued an RMA in order to return the item. Improve on customer service.
