The time for delivery is too long.

Ordering was a breeze. I placed my order around the holidays so it did take a long time to arrive, but once the problem was explained it was understandable.

The shopping for the item was great but the timeline in which I should have got my object was horrible I was told I was going to get it by December 15th if I pre-ordered at the time and which it asked me all the way back before Thanksgiving in November and I never received an update and I didn't receive my gift by Christmas it was well past that time

One of the LEDs didn't work. There's no good system for communication or shipment tracking. At one point in the process, I thought I'd been scammed.

It took 6 weeks for delivery and the item is a complete sham. Can not say anything good about my experience

Poor delivery times as stated. 21 day delivery turned into almost 2 months and missed the Christmas date it was purchased for.

Purchase was easy, product was back ordered and that was okay. It was worth the wait.

Shopping was easy. Delivery was not well packaged and was slow. Bought three kits one was complete the other two were missing parts.

The product took longer to arrive than I had hoped. It was supposed to be a Christmas present, but did not get till sometime in January.

I would very much like to give a 5 star, but I cannot overlook the amount of frustration I went through waiting to receive a reply just ro make sure my order was still in valid and being processed. I will say, once they did contact me about week later, everything was great. They were very polite and willing to cancel my order or refund it.

Everything would be perfect if the company communicated better throughout the process
