Found manual a bit of a struggle with some details. Also the bags with the parts were not very clear labelled and when opened all fell out

I brought through Instagram, which was easy but delivery was very, very long - ordered mid-December, came about a month later.

The company ships everything from China, so delivery isn't the fastest. I'm unhappy with the kit I received, so that's affecting my opinion of the company.

I have now bought two models and the screwdriver. I am a 73 year old widow and find that doing these models keeps my brain and hands active. Always been interested in stuff like this and to be able to build these gives me a lot of pleasure, especially as they are so well made and look stunning when they are finished.

Shipping took a VERY long time. I was missing 2 types of pieces when it finally came and had to ask for replacement parts. Those were shipped and arrived faster that the original puzzle.

Really nice customer support

The only complaint I have was the lack of communication regarding the delay in shipping. I got a little worried when I read all the bad reviews from people saying that they hadn’t received their orders, no reply from the company and that this was a scam. Happy I was patient because it made a great gift.

A refund for the expedited shipping would be appropriate since the package was delivered a few months late.

The extreme lateness, including the lateness of this review

I am beyond frustrated with my experience. I bought this set as a gift, and it was a complete embarrassment. First, the shipping took over two months. When the package finally arrived, the quality was appalling. Several pieces did not match the shapes shown in the instruction manual, making it physically impossible to finish the build. I paid a significant amount of money for what I thought would be a premium product, only to give someone a defective gift. I feel ashamed that I spent my money.

Very long delivery time of about 4 months. Zero communication from the seller.

Delayed shipping over the holidays and no means of communication.

Waiting patiently for months to not receive all of the parts and be ignored when requesting the missing items ... definitely not a good experience.
