These kits are very cool. Unfortunately, my kit was missing M2 x 10mm screws, which I needed by the third step. The pack that should have had the screws was in the box, but was empty. I found them elsewhere, so I did not contact Mostarle. The finished robot model is impressive to look at, the fastener choices are occasionally not well thought out, I feel. The kit would benefit from fewer nuts (Used to fasten stacks of components.) and more threaded components, in my opinion.

Payment went through PayPal to a Hong Kong company... when I inquired about that, Mostarle responded quickly. Decided to go ahead with the purchase. Delivery was within expected timeframe, the gift was for young adults who like to build things.

Emails weren't replied to just an auto reply saying we are very busy. I thought l'd been scammed! Thankfully not and lesson learned..... order earlier for Christmas.

Crap service

The product was delivered with a significant delay and arrived defective. It was intended as a Christmas gift, and the delay and poor quality completely ruined the occasion. Very disappointing experience. Customer complaints were completely ignored, with no response whatsoever. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this store.

I’m still waiting to hear about the missing bolt.

Please either sell products that are well made or correct your advertising and prices to show its very evident flaws. Also you should warn people it will take a month just for you to get it out the door to start the shipping process.

The Terminator M is very well made. It takes a good amount of patience, because the pieces are truly tiny (almost like building a watch!). Luckily there are a few spare parts; I needed them because one screw snapped while I was tightening it. I added a couple of washers at the knees, because otherwise it had trouble standing upright. All in all, it was a great experience, and the finished model looks amazing! The included tools are also very good.

Can I return this for a full refund?

Terrible communication and customer service…absolutely terrible. Buyer beware!

Delivery took ages, and very poor communication

I saw an ad on Facebook for the purple model. I thought it was a one off. After I had purchased it all of the other models were shown. I would have liked to have seen them all before deciding which one to get. 4 1/2 stars instead of five for that reason.
