No communication whatsoever. No social media presence or email. Received item after around 1 and a half months, (even though it still says it's in London) and there are parts missing from it.

Customer service is non-existent. Multiple emails have been sent and replied to. Appalling service.

Great product ansd service

Better communication when payment is received, and it is being shipped out would be better. I had to contact the company a few weeks after purchasing just to make sure I wasn’t being scammed. But all in all everything was great. It’s just always nerve-wracking at Christmas time ordering off new websites.

It took long time for the package to be prepared, but as soon as I contacted with them to ask for the order, they prepared it and sent it. No complaints!

Slow service, an unexpected charge for postage, no reply to my complaint.

Worst experience in my life. Nobody treated me , ignored me so in my life I will let everyone know what you do to costumers,after taking theyr money and never deliver the product.

I purchased this robot kit, but unfortunately one crucial part was missing from the box. I contacted customer support multiple times and specifically asked them to send the missing part, but received no response. As a result, I cannot complete the assembly. I’m very disappointed with the lack of support and strongly urge the company to improve their service and ensure that all orders are complete and addressed promptly.

Order did not arrive

After a month's wait, it finally arrived. A few replacement screws were included, but one small bag was empty. I sent an email to customer service almost a month ago, but haven't received either new screws or a reply.

Delivery could have been quicker. Was Xmas gift that took over 3 weeks to arrive, missing the big day.

Helpful and informative. I felt comfortable ordering this online.
