Very disappointed with this product. The photos are misleading — the astronaut’s helmet/head does not light up as shown. The ad videos also create the false impression that it can float or fly (seemingly aided by hidden magnets), which is not the case in reality. On top of that, several parts don’t fit together properly and required manual adjustments just to get it assembled. Poor quality control overall. Would not recommend.

A few issues to start with but once in communication things were very good and they sorted things out very quickly. They get busy at certain times of the year so order well in advance if needed for a certain date. Any replacement bits ( if you loose or break a tiny screw or part) are sent promptly with no fuss. The item Itself ( hammerhead shark) is amazing!
