It was very easy to create a personalised song. I just ticked the different catogries I wanted and added other personal details of our life. The end result was better than I could have hoped for.

The original song was great but there was a an error - I said military and didn't specify what branch so the song said soldier not sailor. I asked to edit that word but received a completely song - same words but different speed/voice and different field. I wrote back and asked for the same song as the original one but just change that one word and received a response that the exact song may not be possible if edits are made. The edit was a different tune, different speed, different voice.

After hearing my original song to my husband (which was beautiful!) I wanted to add more about my kids. The process was so simple, the song came back perfect ❤️

I would had given it 5 stars if my song had been updated like I asked in two emails. My daughter’s name is mispronounced and I never heard back from anyone. Not completely satisfied
