Customer service is an absolute nightmare to get a hold of. Very unhappy with the entire experience. I paid for the rush order and the first song I received had so many errors in it that It was not able to be used. Incorrect names, incorrect places, it was terrible. After multiple revisions I was still unhappy, and although it is advertised that they will give you a full refund after 3 revisions, that is in fact a lie. This company is an absolute scam. Save yourself the headache.
