Everything was easy as pie going through the process, the treat their customers well, package doesn’t take forever to come in even though they are a smaller company, they tell you all the info you need to know about the item you’ve received and will even email and update you on new deals and other information if needed! i quite like this company and being apart of the VIPCC has been an amazing journey!

Browsing through your items I found that a lot of the items either were not real, or very low quality. For instance, I was going to buy the agate cube lamp but then I checked the comments and found out it wasn’t agate at all, it was a plastic box with a printed agate design. If I had spent over $100 for an agate lamp and got a plastic box in the mail i would have been PISSED!! You need to be up front about what your products are and make sure people are aware of what it is they’re buying.
