I’m cool with them as long as they don’t send me repeated items and the thing that sucks is that it’s never a repeated item like tiger’s eye. It’s always something low quality. No Happy this order they stepped their game up, but I don’t really know what they had in stock or how they were keeping records. But yes I would say it doesn’t hurt to try these guys out. They have really nice products.

I was disappointed to see my VIP Crystal monthly subscription increase from $9.99 to $27 after the first month. When I contacted customer service to cancel, they immediately offered a lower rate to keep me as a customer. I now pay $13 per month, which is certainly better.
While I appreciate the discounted offer, tactics like this can damage trust and make it harder to maintain a positive long-term relationship between a business and its customers.
