Fast shipping. Well packaged. Quality print. Should come with a couple of dry erase pens, or a color array of pens so people can take credit for their finds. Offer a magnifying glass as an add-on. Was there an alphabetical listing somewhere of all the clues/finds on the map...might be easier to negotiate for a larger crowd... or sell as an additional feature.

The paper quality doesn't seem to be full proof for "dry erase marker and reuse" purpose. I was expecting some coating or lamination on the map. The size is good, I am yet to explore the details on the map. I am surely not satisfied with the paper quality, it is easily tearable..

I did like the packaging, sturdy box! I do like the email reminders because I got this for a Christmas present but didn't give it to them until Saturday 1/2 so that gave me enough time to see how they liked it. I think customer service is the second main part of a business... the product being first, of course.
