Everyone I have spoken with has been great, my problem is that my dog won’t eat the products. Two of them are powders that get mixed in her food, one is treats that she won’t eat and the other is drops that I add to her food. The powders are too much and, as I said, she won’t eat the treats. The only thing I’ve been successful with getting her to take, are the drops because she can’t smell them in her food. She’s been on them for almost 60 days and I’m not seeing any improvement

Please check the other email included in this document as it provides a snap shot of the quality of service I have received so far your service at best is appalling. Hopefully for you I just had a bad experience intensified by faulty employees.
