Each experience I had I ended up locked into subscription, first time I couldn’t get a refund but a credit to site. When I partially used credit ended up in another subscription. I responded I didn’t want subscription and why. I don’t know if it’s been resolved. Since my dog doesn’t like products I guess my credit balance is a donation. A refund apparently is not an option. Thanks for letting me vent.
