Great customer service but the products just do not work

The service was fine shipment was prompt however I didn’t realize the order was a continuous shipment. I thought it was 3 bottles and that was it but I did use all of the order.

Not a fan that it automatically signed me up for a subscription. Kind of sneaky

It’s been fine. Just questioning if the product is making a difference. We got BB to help with her paw-licking, but I’m questioning if it’s working for her.

The only product that seems to work is ear drops he wont eat the stomach treats wont eat his food with the dental care in it .he hates the spray but cant tell if it works yet or not

Shopping experience was fine, I'm just not happy with the results so far. I have been using the powder in her food and the anti-itch spray for over a week now and she is still scratching like crazy and licking her paws.

As I said my dog will not eat his food if I put the product on the food.

I ended up with a double order with whatever I did. So I just do not need to re-order for a while.The product came in a reasonable time. I do not do the auto re- order feature. But that is optional.

I did not request a re-order but somehow got on a re-order list which happens a lot. I only wanted one ordered to test whether my dogs allergies would tolerate. Unfortunately, you sent a second product and I had to deal with canceling it and getting a refund. That process has been acceptable so far.
