Very excited to get her vitamins

customer service is great...andi have shared wth all of the specialty veterinarians we have been visiting in the metro NY/NJ and Philadelphia area that Freedom Drops lives up to the Hope we all get from reading the Facebook advertorials...my advice, buy a few up front, trial them, 1 jar not enough, 2 your already hooked and you will need the 3rd, then you will begin the next step....the subscription..do it, best thing you can do for your dog..wont upset their stomach, relives aches and pains!

The Freedom Joint Drops have an amazing effect on my dogs.Sometimes I can't afford it and have to wait 6 months before I can reorder. Can you lower the price so more people can afford it.

Like I said before it's only been 8 days I'd be giving them and giving it to him I think it's been a little better I really don't know yet I think it's going to take a little longer

Website is much better now, still a bit pricey for someone on a fixed income and you have 3 little dogs but the products work.

I went crazy ordering incorrectly and Carlos was wonderful and helping me get it under control so that I can afford this every month It was all my fault in the ordering process that Carlos fixed it and I thank him for that

Make you have on auto-ship so you don’t run out because at some point it could be out of stock due to demand! It is that good!

Customer Agents are knowledgeable but can be a bit pushy at times. I don't like feeling pressured to make purchases and at times I did feel that way. If I said no, another offer is made. If I say no again, another offer is given and attempt to have you buy additional products.

One of my dogs has chronic ear infections and we use Pup Labs ear drops to ease the black gook out of her ears which helps to clear her ears and keep them from becoming painful.

I appreciate the attention to my orders and the support from PupLabs. The products are as claimed, and I especially LOVE the ProDenta for my old MinPins. I'm giving time to the Immune Support and the Joint supplement for my 13 1/2 year old Std. Schnauzer.
