Pup Lab auto-enrolled me into a subscription. When I emailed the address to cancel the subscription because it didn’t work for my dog, the email can back returned. So, I replied to a different email (because they send about 3 each day) and told them to please cancel my subscription. They said I had to call to cancel. I told them it says it’s so easy to cancel subscriptions or ask for a refund all you have to do is email. We went back and forth and finally they cancelled my subscription.
