Nothing to say Very disappointed

the description said there was no taste, but it smells and my dogs definitely will not drink the water when added to it

Expensive and not really helping my dog out.

Representative was understanding and not overly pushy to get more all at once so helps my budget!

I like the products, but don't care for the upselling.

They don't answer their emails though they claim to answer within 24 hours. They say they'll refund if not happy, but yet, no response.

I would like to cancel the order of the breath chews. And order the powder to clean the tarter off the teeth And also how do I get my 20% off my order on the joint juice

The ear drops are working extremely well.

I do not recall stating that I wanted to receive a shipment so often. I thought I could try it with the 180 day time frame. Luna stopped eating just after I put the powder in with her food. As I mentioned in the first email, when I called the lady kept asking if I wanted to try a different product. At that point I was frustrated and upset that she a double ear infection and needs to go back to the veterinarian to have her ear rechecked.

Poorly run company and ignores feedback

There was a technical error with my mailing address , which caused my order to go elsewhere - once I contacted support live , it was remedied immediately , and professionally , with customer service that actually took the time to listen and understand my situation - best customer service that I have ever experienced , anywhere -- at no extra cost

To me they are like big pharma, they tell you, it's gonna fix your dog.And it don't, and it's very expensive.I spent over eight hundred dollars with you people.And she still has a little itchy

Very confusing. The person wasn’t listening to what I needed just trying to push more. Too expensive. I wanted to cancel all orders if I cannot get what I need.

It's all about me spending money, with No results for my dog.
