The times I have spoken to your people, they have been very kind and understanding - even sending me a bag of the chews at no charge - asking if I would change my rating from a 4 to a 5.
This does seem a bit unprofessional - (bribery?) when I submitted a rating of 4. I told the person it was a 4 because I had seen no improvement in my dog - it had only been a month so I was hoping that by now there would be some improvement.
