I am for a refund for the K9 soothing spray they said they didn’t handle refunds through emails that I had to call their 800 number their number I did and I just got the runaround because when I did use this on the by his tail, his bottom top tail that he was nine and chewing out because it itch so much it actually burnt his skin and then that created him to not it more to where it became a open wound so . I took my puppy to the vet because of his hotspot and he said not to use that the ingredients will burn him. Soothing? Not at all made it worse it burned him! He cried cost me $290 to get him treated for this wound
