The quality of the product I bought was very good and priced reasonably! The delivery service was great and they were able to deliver it on time.

Good communication

I was shopping on line, had a family emergency happen. Stopped my order. I received approximately 5 phone calls over the next few days offering to help me complete my order. I kept telling the gentlemen I would take care of it. I finally asked him not to call again. I felt like I was being pushed. I didn't appreciate that.

I somehow got signed for an automatic purchase of Prodenta. I have much more than I need and was tempted to return the second order. I have agreed to keep the second order but under no circumstance do I want another until I place an order. I would like confirmation on that request.
