My bag arrived damaged, creased across the entire front and part of the back, likely because it was shipped in a plastic bag vs a box. I requested a return from the company, they replied that their shipping method was fine, basically, and I should place a pillow in the bag to pop out the dent. This is very disappointing, poor customer service. Why would they ship a standing purse in a plastic bag, then tell me to work out the damage? The bag is lovely

The purse took forever

No issues! I was concerned because my first bag had a zipper issue. This time, the bag arrived much quicker and was packaged well and everything was in order.

The purse was a bit smaller than I anticipated. My fault, I should have measured. It is still a good size for concerts, festivals where there are size restrictions on ladies bags. The design is very cute and it's well made

It was a good mixture of (choices & colors). I chose a all black purse so that what ever color she wears, "black" goes with (everything)! She's happy, so I'm happy!

The purses did not arrive to me by mother's day and there were no options to mail one of the purses to a separate address. I initially ordered the purses on April 28th and expected the product to be delivered by May 9th.
