I was concerned about the length of time it was taking to get the order. But it was explained to me that each item was made to order.

After i received my items, i received a strange message multiple times requesting me to resend my order, because there there was a mix up with my order. The same day i received my items 😳

The purse was supposed to be premium leather n it didn't smell or look like real leather

There 's so many beautiful meaning full design and color It was so hard to choose

I should have known something was wrong when I saw the company only gives 7 days for returns when most companies give at least 30 days. In addition, they throw in the 20% color variation. It feels like money is first and foremost. Their actions have shown me money definitely comes before having a quality product, packaging being a part of this. Money seems to be more important than respecting their customers and being an honest company.

The way the bad was shipped. You pay that much for a bag and It's shipped n a thin plastic bag.

I was disappointed in quality of handbag, I was offered a percentage off my next purchase. If I'm disappointed in product why would I ordered another one.

Queenira has great communication. I wanted to exchange out a purse I ordered after placing my order. I emailed them and received a quick response from them that they were able to do so. They also refunded me the diffrence in pricing of the two purses. Received an invoice of the price difference to be paid and cancellation of the purse. After paying the difference, received confirmation that payment was received and new purse was added to my order. Thank you for taking care of me🤏🏾❤️

I thought I would have gotten the bag sooner but it was explained to me that it takes about six weeks because of processing and shipping time. I was very pleased when they arrived. Will be purchasing more in the western collection. They are very unique.
