I went into the shop in Bristol and was able to chat helpfully with various assistants, all bike enthusiasts. They let me try out a bike immediately and return for a second go a day or so later. Ordering my own bike was easy, with helpful conversations about what I did and did not want. When I picked it up, I was able to add extras because the workshop was visible on site, giving maximum flexibility. The whole experience was a pleasure.
