There sales team were helpful and answered my questions. They also addressed my requests for extras. On arrival, the cream bike was properly constructed whereas the green one was not - luckily I did the cream one first so could see how it should all go together. I had to go to a cycle shop to get the gear cable adjusted and was missing some parts - again, comparison to the other bike helped me to see how it should be. But it's all fine now and Temple dealt with my problems.
